Job Description:

Are you an experienced Senior Operations Manager looking to elevate your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual ready to step into an Operations Director role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our growing team and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of our facilities management services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Mentor and lead a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing our services and operational achievements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the facilities management sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of successful team development.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
  • Client Focus: Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field are desirable.
