We are seeking an experienced site manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects and eager to contribute to our continued success. This framework focuses on social housing, encompassing a range of projects from tower block refurbishments and regeneration work to new builds. 
 
The projects are Design & Build (D&B) under JCT Contracts, with current job values ranging from £2 million to £12 million. The site manager will oversee multiple jobs, managing build programs, ensuring health and safety on site, leading the site team, handling client interactions, and maintaining cash flow and commercial awareness. The compensation for this role is approximately £55,000 plus an attractive package. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and direct labour to facilitate project activities. 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies, including RAMS and method statements. 
  • Conduct pre-, mid-, and post-capital works inspections to ensure service excellence. 
  • Monitor performance data to meet targets and objectives in alignment with KPIs and CVIs. 
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members. 

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Proven experience in site management within the social housing sector. 
  • Strong site management and subcontractor coordination skills. 
  • Relevant certifications, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
