Position Overview:

My client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) specialising in HEVAC Building Services within the Maintenance & CAPEX sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow service sales business within London and the Southeast region.
  • Organise and conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Review cost structures and monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Write and maintain detailed sales reports and promotional literature.
  • Deliver product and service advice to clients.
  • Attend networking events to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Compensation Package:
  • BDM Role: 60,000 - 80,000 annually, with up to 2.5% of yearly profit incentive on maintenance. Additional incentives for CAPEX work to be reviewed.
  • 20 days & 8 BH (increases by 1 day per year of service)
