Working with a leading insurance company who are looking to hire a Marketing Executive into a their marketing team in London. This role offers hybrid working.

The client are a leading B2B insurance company and this role sits within the international transport and logistics insurance department which is the highest growth business line within the company.

They are looking to hire a marketing executive to join forces reporting to the Marketing Manager whi can effectively align on the marketing needs of the business.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:

To support a range of marketing activities that will ensure the delivery of the the business' marketing plan

The Marketing Executive will work closely with and under the supervision of the TT Club MarketingManager and progress key marketing skills including digital marketing, communications, PR, documentproduction and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the brand's communications and the management of events, webinars and seminars
  • To update the website as required
  • To oversee social media channels and develop content
  • To support the production of collateral inc. presentations, guides and advertising artwork
  • To liaise with global offices to ensure they have the correct branded materials and resource
  • To support Loss Prevention efforts in the production of safety-focused resource
  • Set up and send internal and external email communications and track performance
  • Liaise with third-party support agencies e.g. graphic design, PR, advertisers, event organisers
  • Support the management of events, webinars and seminars and the provision of literature and other materials
  • Coordinate merchandise and the provision of literature
  • Help maintain the internal marketing SharePoint page
  • Support the social media strategy with new and creative ideas
  • Update the website with new releases and articles
  • Coordinate day-to-day press activity with the external PR agency
  • Help the Loss Prevention team produce accessible educational material to effect real industry change
  • Proofread the press releases, communications and documents
  • Support the creation of various types of media inc. video editing, podcast creation and animations
  • Support basic document and image editing
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere strictly with the brand/visual identity guidelines

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • A genuine understanding of the principles of marketing
  • First-hand experience of executing marketing techniques in a B2B environment
  • Strong planning development and implementation skills
  • Understanding of the latest digital marketing and social media techniques
  • Confident managing and updating websites, intranet etc
  • Knowledge and experience of using content management and web analytics
  • Comfortable writing copy for a number of mediums
  • Market insight knowledge and skills
  • Able to manage and give direction to third-party agencies
  • Will have worked in financial services or business or professional services
