• Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices.
• Drive innovation in mechanical design, championing sustainability and efficiency.
• Support senior leadership in shaping strategic initiatives and project execution.

What You Bring

• Chartered Engineer status.
• Deep expertise in mechanical engineering and building services design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• A track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for pushing boundaries in engineering.

Bonus Points If You Have…

• International project experience.
• BIM project delivery expertise.
• LEED, BREEAM, or WELL sustainability certifications.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE design standards and sustainable MEP principles.
• Familiarity with IES and Adobe Creative Suite for advanced design analysis.
