Are you a building servcies fabric technician who is looking for a new shift opportunity? This is a great opportunity to take a step into your first shift maintenance role! This opportunity is working on an exciting flagship building in London, and my client are looking to take on somebody with the view to provide training to become more M&E focused moving forward.

Duties

  • Service and PPMs on AHUs/FCUs - cleaning/changing filters, belts, motors
  • General plumbing maintenance
  • Fixing leaks
  • Drainage/flushing
  • Emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm testing
  • General carpentry
  • Painting/Decorating
  • Basic electrical - rewiring, changing sockets
