Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer
A leading Building Services company is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role involves performing PPMs, servicing, and some maintenance repairs on full air conditioning systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, VRFs, and splits, across a large multi-building static site in Euston.
Responsibilities of the Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer:
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will carry out service and maintenance tasks on full air conditioning systems and related plant.
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will perform service and maintenance work on VRV and VRF systems.
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will handle all PPMs and necessary maintenance works.
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will report and identify any repairs required during investigations.
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will work across a static, multi-site location in Euston.
Requirements for the Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer:
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer must hold an up-to-date F-Gas Cat 1 qualification.
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer must have proven service and maintenance experience on VRV, VRF, splits, and multi-split systems.
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer must be able to report on and identify necessary repair work.
- The Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer must reside within a commutable distance to Euston Station.
Package for the Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer:
- Salary: 30,000
- Holiday entitlement and additional package benefits.
- Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays.
