Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Shift Mechanical Engineer for a FM Services and Engineering company.

Responsibilities;

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues with equipment and machinery

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently

  • Oversee emergency repairs and minimise downtime during shift hours

  • Ensure all machinery and systems operate safely and efficiently during assigned shifts

  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain productivity

  • Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in mechanical operations

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with production teams to meet shift production targets

  • Supervise and guide technicians and support staff during shifts, and etc

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Must be able to work on Pumps, AHU's, pipe systems.

Additional

  • Steam systems & AC is an advantage.

  • Basic electricity is also an advantage.
