Estimator Civils/Enabling Works
Estimator with Civils/Enabling works experience required for an established C.London Contractor. The successful Estimator will be working with a high performing pre-construction and bid team, estimating projects in zones 1 & 2 in London. Estimators will need to have experience of enabling works, subterranean construction, steel frame, faade retention, RC Frame, Demolition and other packages related to enabling woks. Estimators with strong Civils experience in the area of C.London projects are desirable. Estimators will be working closely with the Preconstruction Director. The Estimator will be working from the Caring Cross head office.
Estimator will also be based out of the Charing Cross Head Office.
Estimator Key Skills
- Enabling Works/Civils project experience
- Strong background in pricing for projects in Zones 1 & 2
- Solid background delivering for sector leading brands
Estimator Salary & Benefits
- £400 - £500 per day
- PAYE Perm salaries also available
- Negotiable package for the right candidate
