Are you a mechanically biased maintenance technician looking for a stable, long-term role on a static commercial site in Peckham? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FM provider, working on a prestigious commercial contract maintaining a range of building services equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs on:
  • HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
  • Plumbing systems (hot/cold water, drainage, pipework, leak repairs)
  • Pumps & motors (servicing, fault finding, and maintenance)
  • Cooling & heating systems (pressurisation units, expansion vessels, fan coil units, AHUs)
  • General fabric maintenance as required
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across mechanical systems
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintenance regulations
  • Log maintenance tasks and updates on job management systems

Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or HVAC (or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical building services maintenance experience
  • Good working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and cooling/heating systems
  • Ability to work independently and liaise with clients professionally
  • Any additional electrical or multi-skilled experience is beneficial
