M&E Supervisor - 51k + 3840 call out.

Our client has been awarded a prestigious PFI contract to deliver a state-of-the-art, low-carbon student accommodation project for a well-known London University. For this working supervisor role you will be responsible for a team of two direct reports plus subcontractors. You will carry out reactive and planned maintenance across this 676 bed student accommodation.

With an electrical or mechanical background in building services maintenance you will have previous experience of managing staff and managing compliance.
