The Role:
As the Headteacher's PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence efficiently
Overseeing office management and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
Handling confidential information with discretion
Liaising with staff, governors, parents, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a PA, Office Manager, or Senior Administrator (preferably within a school setting)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school-based systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor)
The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
