- Support business development, growing existing accounts and pitching to new clients.
- 3–5 years of experience in client services, working on digital projects.
- A strong background in experience design and product innovation.
- Hands-on experience managing UX/UI projects (web and app focus).
- Familiarity with backlog management tools like Jira.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders with ease.
