About the Role Are you an experienced Account Director ready for a new challenge—one that swaps the grey London skies for year-round tropical sunshine? This is a unique opportunity to relocate to Manila, Philippines, and lead client relationships at an ambitious and fast-growing digital agency. You'll be the key point of contact for global clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of cutting-edge web and app design projects.   • Own client relationships, ensuring projects meet expectations from concept to delivery.
  • Identify and drive revenue opportunities within key accounts.
  • Work closely with design and delivery teams to translate client needs into clear project briefs.
  • Oversee project scope, budgets, and timelines, preventing scope creep.
  • Review all deliverables for quality before presenting them to clients.
  • Mentor junior client service team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and project updates across time zones.
  • Support business development, growing existing accounts and pitching to new clients.
Required SkillsTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • 3–5 years of experience in client services, working on digital projects.
  • A strong background in experience design and product innovation.
  • Hands-on experience managing UX/UI projects (web and app focus).
  • Familiarity with backlog management tools like Jira.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders with ease.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
