Job Opportunity: Associate Account Manager (Contract Role)

Location: London - mainly remote. Occasional office days. Hours: 9:00 – 17:30 from Monday to FridaySalary: £25.60 per hour

Contract Length: 1 year minimum

About the Role:A global travel company is seeking a dedicated Associate Account Manager to join their dynamic Supply team. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee key destinations, develop relationships with tourism partners, and manage the overall experience for travellers within assigned areas. As an Associate Account Manager, you will actively engage with suppliers, enhance inventory offerings, and play a crucial role in optimising the travel experience for customers across a range of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:- Build and strengthen partnerships with tour, activity, and attraction suppliers.- Proactively support suppliers to elevate product quality and meet traveller demand.- Manage and grow inventory while fostering new products to drive destination performance.- Identify and implement improvements in product terms to enhance destination value.- Research destinations, target new suppliers, and manage the supplier onboarding process.- Serve as the primary contact for supplier queries and troubleshooting.- Audit and refine points of interest within your assigned territories.- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional traveller experience.

About You:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, ideally with an online company.- Proven sales experience and strong communication skills.- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage technical systems and data.- A self-starter with a genuine passion for the travel industry.
