As the Operational Resilience Lead, you will:

  • Develop comprehensive resilience strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct and oversee regular risk assessments and impact analyses, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Enhance the existing operational resilience frameworks to better manage potential disruptions.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure a united approach to operational resilience.
  • Report risk insights and progress directly to senior stakeholders and pertinent committees.
  • Conduct continuous improvement of processes based on emerging trends and feedback.
  • Our must haves:
  • Knowledge of FCA Operational Resilience regulations essential.
  • 3+ years' experience working in a Risk and Control environment, good knowledge, and hands on experience of BCP and DR processes. Ideally, in a London Market firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills considering different stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of general insurance products.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and work collaboratively across.
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to analyse data and root cause problem solve.
  • Able to identify risks/issues and respond appropriately.
  • Due diligence and attention to detail.
  • Able to act on initiative and make decisions.
