Based in West London, we are supporting a business within the TV & film sector who supply equipment to film & TV shoots across London. We are looking for a new Bookings & Logistics Coordinator to join the team.

Bookings & Logistics Coordinator - Film & TV EquipmentSalary: £27,000 - £32,000Hours: 8 hour working day (between the hours of 8am and 6pm)

You may have a year or two of experience in the industry, as a runner or in a similar booking and or logistics coordinator, with the ability to learn quickly. Training is provided. Ideally, you would have a proven history of working in a customer-focused, time-sensitive, and detail-oriented role.

The role:

  • In this role, you will create and overseeing client orders, starting from the initial contact point, through to off-hiring, invoicing, and aiding with the daily logistics of scheduling drivers and vehicles for the day’s runs.
  • This is a varied and fast-moving position that requires excellent communication, organisation, meticulous attention to detail, and teamwork. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless support for productions involving major brands and broadcasters.

Key Duties:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service to a diverse clientele and stakeholders
  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both via email and over the phone
  • Utilising our custom systems to schedule orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Offering clients advice and technical support to facilitate successful shoots.
  • Overseeing orders from the quotation stage to scheduling delivery and collection
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for resolving any customer inquiries or complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Accurately preparing, dispatching, and processing quotes, invoices, and loss & damage reports.
  • Managing stock allocations and shortages to ensure order fulfilment.
  • Collaborating with our warehouse and drivers to oversee and track orders.
  • Generating invoices and utilising the online payment system to request and process payments.
  • Assisting the Logistics Manager with the daily logistics of organising drivers and vehicles.
  • Undertaking other general administrative tasks as needed.
