Overview: We are expanding our in-house Occupational Health Service to enhance the safety and wellbeing of our staff. We seek a diligent and organized professional to support both our internal team and third-party providers, ensuring best practice in occupational health services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient, proactive support for health surveillance and mental health initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Occupational Health Lead to develop and implement a Mental Health Awareness program.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including processing accounts, data entry, and maintaining files and databases.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and experience in delivering mental health services.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, event scheduling, and documentation.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in an occupational health role and health surveillance.
