We are currently working with a global insurance firm in their search for a project focused HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term basis to support with an HRIS implementation as well as driving forward the people strategy. You will be working in a collaborative HR team to partner with the business across the employee lifecycle, delivering on some key initiatives in a high touch environment.

The Role:

  • Provide advice to the business as a subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Deliver on the key project of an HRIS roll out, working collaboratively with the project team to meet deadlines, and providing training to the wider HR function and the business to guide a smooth transition.
  • Manage recruitment processes, from workforce planning to candidate selection, supporting hiring managers, while maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance and attending calibration sessions in line with salary and compensation processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, both internally and externally, maintaining positive feedback and service quality.
  • Support the delivery of people strategies in partnership with designated business areas.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner role within Financial or Professional Services.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders to act as a trusted partner communicating across all levels.
  • Experience of managing HRIS implementation and roll out, with Workday experience being desirable.
  • Adaptability to work in a changing and dynamic environment through ambiguity.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a consultative approach, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting delivering on projects.
