Are you an experienced Senior Strategic Business Partner looking for an opportunity to join a prestigious brand at a time of positive change?

Salary up to £100k + Car/ Car Allowance

Base - London, with regional responsibilities across the South region, and occasional UK, Ireland and European travel.

As Senior HR Business Partner, your main stakeholders will be the Senior Leadership Team which this role is part of, with a small team reporting into yourself. You and your team will support business change and transformation from the people perspective including cultural change and integration.

As Senior HR Business Partner you will ensure your team is supporting across all areas of HR including Performance, Recruitment and Learning and Development. From a strategic perspective you will look at developing strategic workforce plans, organisational design and development and adhoc HR projects.

As an experienced Strategic Senior HR Business Partner you will be able to demonstrate the above areas within your existing experience, and this will have been within a multi-sited, operational organisation.
