An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist with 5 years' experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a paediatric setting to join a well-established organisation, specialising in delivering outstanding therapy services to children. This permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of 42,400 - 57,800.

As a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be leading and supervising a team of Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure high clinical standards. Sponsorship for this role may be available, if needed.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a client caseload and supporting team members with their caseloads.
  • Overseeing the quality of assessments and interventions, focusing on sensory processing and motor skills development.
  • Delivering tailored therapy interventions in home, school, and clinic settings.
  • Providing therapy plans and progress updates to parents and professionals, maintaining consistency across the team.
  • Conducting online therapy sessions where needed.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, educators, and administrative staff.
  • Designing and implementing specialist intervention programmes for clients with complex needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapist or in a similar role.
  • At least 5 years' experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a paediatric setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy with HCPC registration.
  • A certificate in sensory integration or sensory integration experience.
  • Ideally have experience in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday: 09:30am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 09:00 am - 4:00 pm
