Sonic Summary

NMS Recruit is looking for an experienced Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to join a well-established AV integrator with 20 years of industry experience.
The position will primarily be based in the south of England, with a focus on London, and will involve both national and international travel.
Key responsibilities include providing first and second-line telephone support, onsite support, and performing scheduled maintenance visits.
Candidates should possess a full driving license, technical knowledge of AV systems, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The salary is negotiable based on experience, and the role offers benefits such as a company van, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and continuous development opportunities.

NMS Recruit are seeking an experience Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to join an award-winning AV integrator with 20 years of industry experience. The role with be based predominantly in the south of England, both national and international travel will be required but you will be mainly working across London. Responsibilities

Providing first and second-line telephone support
Provide third-line onsite support
Provide onsite holiday and sickness cover
De/Reinstalling faulty equipment, ensuring any programs or configuration files are installed
Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance visits
Occasionally assisting with installation and commissioning of AV systems
Providing basic customer training on system operation

Essential Skills

Full driving licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical knowledge of AV systems
Working knowledge of networking
The ability to read schematic diagrams
Technical knowledge of AV control systems and audio DSP's
Creston, Extron, Q-Sys, AMX technologies
Good fault-finding skills
Excellent customer service skills
