- Providing first and second-line telephone support
- Provide third-line onsite support
- Provide onsite holiday and sickness cover
- De/Reinstalling faulty equipment, ensuring any programs or configuration files are installed
- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance visits
- Occasionally assisting with installation and commissioning of AV systems
- Providing basic customer training on system operation
- Full driving licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical knowledge of AV systems
- Working knowledge of networking
- The ability to read schematic diagrams
- Technical knowledge of AV control systems and audio DSP's
- Creston, Extron, Q-Sys, AMX technologies
- Good fault-finding skills
- Excellent customer service skills
