The job requires 2-3 days in the office, with the remaining days spent on-site, interacting with residents and contractors.
The salary for this position is competitive, and a basic DBS check is required.

Please note this will be working within the disrepair function.

Carry out scoping of works and subsequent post inspections compiling reports for completion.

This is for all of our stock so London, Herts and Essex.

It would be split in half between the areas.

Expectation is 2-3 days in the office with other days being out on site.

Experience in repairs field and working with residents in a social housing setting.

Report writing skills would be good also and any experience working with contractors.
