We are looking for a Block Management Administrator to join our client who specialises in managing residential estates with a client-focused approach, ensuring smooth transitions from previous managing agents.

Main Responsibilities as a Block Management Administrator

  • Provide administrative assistance to the block management team in overseeing a portfolio of residential properties.
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
  • Keep records up to date, manage databases, and update property management software.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repair tasks, working closely with contractors and suppliers.
  • Handle key documentation, ensuring timely distribution of notices, letters, and reports.
  • Assist in scheduling property inspections and meetings, including taking minutes when needed.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Experience working in an Administrative role is essential (Minimum 1 year experience)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
