City of London | Office based Permanent£30,000 - £35,000 DOE Our client is a global advisory firm who are looking for a Junior Office Manager to join their team and assist with the day to day running on the office, aswell as assisting with reception duties. WHAT YOU’LL DOReporting into the EA to the COO we are looking for someone highly organised who can oversee the office as well as providing ad hoc admin support to the wider team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing the office maintenance and facilities
  • Making sure the office is fully and correctly stocked at all times
  • Assiting with onboarding and offboarding and working with HR on employee relations
  • Coordinating office events
  • Overseeing budgets and invoicing
  • Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are up to date
  • Assist with managing schedules, including diary and meeting management and travel when needed
