OFFICE MANAGER   A unique opportunity to join a dynamic, sustainability-focused property company in London as their Office Manager during a period of rapid growth. This is a two-month role with the potential for permanent placement, offering the chance to make a real impact in a forward-thinking organisation!  In this fast-paced role, you'll be instrumental in streamlining processes while offering vital support to two busy directors. Our client is looking for a proactive, adaptable professional with a can-do attitude. To excel in this position, you'll need experience in marketing and invoicing, as well as a proven ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.  OFFICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain and oversee both digital and physical document management systems ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Provide PA support to senior executives, including diary management, meeting scheduling and correspondence
  • Assist with strategic planning tasks such as resource allocation and sales forecasting
  • Manage office suppliers and third-party contractors ensuring timely procurement and payment processes
  • Oversee general office maintenance, health and safety compliance and IT coordination
  • Coordinate project deliverables including procurement, invoicing and quality control processes
  • Support the delivery of operational and client-facing tasks including reporting and project updates
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of new software solutions including chatbot and CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
  • Oversee day-to-day expense management including invoice processing and supplier payments
  • Collaborate with finance teams to provide input on monthly cash flow, P&L reporting and VAT compliance
  OFFICE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • At least 3 years' experience in office management or administrative roles within a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a proven track record in managing projects and implementing operational systems
  • Proficient in office software and experienced in implementing technology solutions, such as CRM systems or chatbot integrations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of GDPR and health and safety regulations is advantageous
  • Experience in the construction, architecture, or sustainability sector.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and invoicing systems.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving operational excellence.
