My client who are a small Private Family Office are looking to appoint an Office Manager to join their London office. You will be the linchpin of the office ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.Ideal Office Manager:The ideal candidate will be very practical and enjoy a hands-on role. Equally, the ideal candidate will enjoy meeting and greeting visitors to the office, delivering customer service excellence.Office Manager duties:
  • Supporting the CEO & COO
  • Full Office Manager duties, liaising withal contractors
  • Be the first point of call for all visitors and ensure relevant employees are notified
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, transferring calls and taking messages
  • Escort visitors to meeting rooms as required – get refreshments
  • Liaise with building reception and management as required
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up in time for meetings
  • Arrange external catering as required
  • Order any stock as required
  • Booking travel, taxis and courier collections
  • Act as a support Fire Marshall and First Aider
