If you are looking for a new role with lots of autonomy working for an international trade body and you have experience within a creative industry, this could be the right role for you.

This is a Senior Receptionist/Office Manager position. This role offers the chance to manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks while working closely with executive management.

This position is available on a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the office, handling reception duties such as greeting guests, answering phones, taking messages, and redirecting calls.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are presentable and well-equipped.
  • Arrange catering and refreshments for meetings, manage post and courier services, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Conduct fire induction for new joiners and manage coffee machine issues.
  • Oversee the efficient running of the office, including supervising cleaners, and being the main point of contact for building management.
  • Identify and fulfill office supply needs, including ordering stationery and kitchen supplies.
  • Arrange PAT testing, maintain vendor relationships, and find cost-effective solutions for office maintenance.
  • Manage all aspects of the office’s space, providing answers, resources, and solutions as needed.
  • Organise and supervise company internal events in collaboration with the social team.
  • Handle special occasions such as organizing gifts for leavers, milestones.
  • Manage directors’ diaries and requests when Executive Assistants are on annual leave.
