Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content such as text posts, images, videos, and stories
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a strong online community
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance engagement
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns when required, ensuring optimal performance and ROI
  • Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, providing regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to strengthen brand storytelling

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must have recent experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
