Social Media Executive

Calling all TikTok and Instagram addicts, with a passion for the beauty industry!

A fast-growing beauty company is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and proactive Social Media Executive, with a keen interest in TikTok and Instagram content creation, to join their global marketing department. This is a full time position based in Victoria, London, Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm, hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

You will help to develop and implement social media strategy for the brands in their beauty portfolio. You will be their go-to person for all the latest social media trends and will be involved in planning and executing fun and exciting social media campaigns. From attending and covering fun events to maximising your creativity on producing engaging social media content to working with influencers, this is a rare opportunity to experience working on global brands and gaining mentorship from professionals with decades of experience in the beauty industry sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging social media content and calendars for our brands
• Opportunity to contribute ideas and concepts for social media strategies, NPD and marketing campaigns
• Competitor analysis and identifying key market trends
• Co-ordination and execution of PR send-outs, events and activations
• Develop and implement the social and digital media strategy through postings, content creation, copy and community management
• Work closely with one of our brand’s founders to produce on-brand, engaging social content
• Influencer and UGC selection, communication, collaboration, and event organisation

Skills & Requirements

• 2 years social media and content creation experience
• Ideally a degree in marketing
• Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and trends
• Experience with Canva and Adobe packages (Photoshop & InDesign)
• Experience with video production and editing software
• Marketing/Digital knowledge in the beauty industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the Web, PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
