Interim Commercial Lead:Day Rate: £500 - £750/day (inside IR35)Length of Contract: 6 months +Type: Interim, Full-time, Remote with adhoc travelKey responsibilities:
- Lead a team in delivering high-quality procurement/quantity surveying services
- Manage supply chains effectively and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Apply post-contract expertise, ensuring commercial processes and procedures are followed
- Utilise extensive experience with NEC3/4 contracts to manage and resolve contract issues
- Present and review strategic papers and contribute to reporting on commercial procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement within the construction industry
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and supplier management
- Experience in leading teams and working on large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge and experience with commercial processes and procedures
- Familiarity with NEC3/4 contracts is critical
- Ability to travel across the UK for adhoc site visits as required
