Part Time Legal PA – 6 weeks temp – £22.96 per hour – London Hybrid Healthcare membership organisation and trade union is seeking an experienced part time Legal PA to support their Legal Services Team. This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 6 week period and will pay £22.96 per hour.The role is part time working 17.5 hours per week. It is hybrid, working at their central London offices.The Legal PA will provide a high standard of PA support for the Legal Service Directorate, ensuring that discretion and confidentiality is maintained at all times and to assist in maintaining the effective running of the legal office. Main duties and responsibilities include:The ideal Legal PA will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Previous experience of working as a PA in a legal environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (including Word, Outlook and Excel) and databases
  • Experience providing information and support in person and via telephone, including handling distressed customers
  • Experience offering support and help to colleagues, while being helpful, courteous and patient
  • Experience maintaining office filing and information recording systems
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships both within and outside the organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type and prepare documents and letters to a high standard
