We are currently working with a fantastic business that are recruiting for a Part time PA/Team Administrator to join a small busy team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and happy to work in a varied position with a proactive attitude.

Working within a professional environment you will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and Senior level employees

Duties will include

  • Supporting the team as a whole with various administration tasks
  • Diary management for the Director
  • Organising all internal and external meetings
  • Processing company and personal expenses
  • Generating Pos and receipt invoices for the team and Finance
  • Arranging a variety of events such as team away days as well as social events
  • Proofreading and drafting documents, reports and presentations
  • Booking and arranging transport and travel accommodation
  • Cover and assist other members of the administration team

Key skills:

  • Previous EA/PA experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude
  • Articulate and able to liaise with employees at all levels
