  • Manage temporary accommodation voids- Efficiently Manage TA portfolio, regularly meeting with housing supply team managers to confirm available voids, void status and to reduce void loss.
  • Manage a team of assessment needs officers who complete suitability assessment for household in B&B.
  • Weekly reporting of voids, ensuring that systems are up to date and provide accurate data.
  • Working closely with the Acquisition Team Manager to ensure that households in temporary accommodation move on to private sector accommodation.
  • Working closely with the TA contract manager to ensure that we last night and result bookings in temporary accommodation.
  • Track and monitor the Part 6 offers made to households in TA and ensure that moves are completed efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Move On team leader to ensure that discharge of duty of duties are completed in a timely manner.
