Salary: £27 - £40 per hour, via Umbrella, depending on experience

Contract length: Up to 6 months
Hours: MON-FRI 37.5 hours per week. 9am - 5pm (30 mins lunch).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medication management and counseling for paediatric patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize drug therapy for children.
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure the safe use of pharmaceuticals.
- Educate families on medication administration and potential side effects.
Qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacist with experience in paediatric pharmacy.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
