We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive PA/Studio Manager to join a dynamic creative studio. In this role, you’ll support the Director with their day-to-day responsibilities, helping to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll take charge of a variety of tasks, from managing the Director’s schedule to overseeing studio operations, ensuring the team can do what they do best, create exceptional work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a hands-on EA/PA capacity with previous experience supporting senior leaders. As well as experience coordinating or assisting the day-to-day functioning of a creative studio environment. The ideal applicant will be proactive, resilient, and able to work well under pressure. They will also possess strong organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Director’s schedule, emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Oversee general studio operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
  • Organise travel, meetings, and studio events as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with document preparation.
