Project Manager (Public Sector, IT & Procurement Frameworks)

About the Role:

As part of the Strategic Operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational execution and driving innovative Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across EMEA. Your focus will be on public sector procurement frameworks, including G-Cloud, CONSIP, UGAP, and other government contract vehicles.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and international business partners to streamline framework participation, support bid management, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track participation in public procurement frameworks across EMEA.

Lead framework governance, bid processes, and compliance documentation.

Analyze market trends and develop new commercial routes for public sector sales.

Coordinate with international teams to drive efficiency and best practices.

Develop enablement plans, training materials, and stakeholder communications on procurement processes.

Support cross-functional teams in improving Go-To-Market execution.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of Project Management experience with a track record of delivering significant projects.

3+ years of experience in an IT-orientated organization selling to the Public Sector.

2+ years of experience working with public procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, CONSIP, UGAP).

Strong knowledge of public sector buying processes and government contracting.

Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or cloud-based solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote international team environment.

Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset for process improvement.

Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus!).
