Description

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes within the firm.
  • Conduct CDD and AML checks on new and existing clients.
  • Conduct ongoing PEP monitoring and sanctions screenings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs.
  • Evaluate internal policies and procedures to identify possible compliance risks.
  • Conduct compliance audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for staff.
  • Prepare and present reports on compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Keep abreast of changes in SRA laws and regulations that may impact the firm.

Profile

A successful Compliance Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have previous risk and compliance experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using compliance software.
