Contracts Compliance Analyst/ Administator

Outside IR35

4 week contract

My client are currently looking for 2 contract Compliance Analysts to review a high volume of contracts, and conduct an audit of the contents and compliance of these documents. The role will be fully remote and outside IR35.

Responsibilities

  • Collating and uploading contract documents to SharePoint (completed)
  • Review documents for each contract, and record if the document set is complete, legible and up to date. If not, a list of the required documents shall be submitted to the POC. As far as possible, the Appendix A summary should also be completed at this stage.
  • Locate missing documents and upload to SharePoint folder
  • Review new contract data set and finalise summary in the form
  • Validate the contract documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and legibility
  • Prepare summary sheets of each contract to capture key data points

Key Skills

  • Experience of working within a legal sector
  • Administrating experience
  • Experience of analysing legal documents
  • Experience in reviewing, interpreting, and conducting due diligence on commercial contracts, in particular relating to technology and outsourcing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Work, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of English contract law.
