Design Director/ Project Lead Project Lead - Overseeing Project (c.1500 units) from concept design to PC. The scheme will be mixed uses (BTR, Co-living, PBSA, For Sale and Affordable) and will be multi-phase.This candidate will be the central point of contact for this project and will lean on the clients existing planning, development, and investment teams. The Project Lead will be critical on shaping the strategy for this project ensuring optimal outcome from a design, sustainability, investment return, and deliver-ability perspective.Requirements Senior level person able to lead the project easily due to previous track record.
