Senior Policy Officer

Role

  • Support on the development of policy across the helathcare sector
  • Monitor, update and advise on policy and regulatory issues
  • Carry out research, data collection and analysis on policy issues
  • Produce policy reports and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and policymakers internally and externally
  • Attend parliamentary APPGs and select committees
  • Prepare and present reports on policy development and impacts
  • Horizon scanning

Profile

Senior Policy Officer

Essential

  • Proven experience in policy development and implementation, ideally with a healthcare background and strong working knowledge of The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Superb communication and networking skills
  • Outstanding working background of Westminster and Whitehall
  • Brilliant stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
