Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Technical Services Manager to oversee the technical operations of a prestigious mixed-use commercial and retail asset in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in contractor and project management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the asset operates efficiently while providing exceptional service to our tenants and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Oversight: Manage all technical services for the asset, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee contractor performance, ensuring quality of work and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate fit-out projects, from inception to completion, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and operations.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, responding to tenant needs and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Mobilisation Experience: Successfully manage the mobilisation of new tenants and contracts, ensuring all technical aspects are seamless and well-coordinated.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project statuses and addressing any concerns.

Skills:

  • Strong project and contractor management capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Nebosh Desirable

Salary - 65,000 - 75,000 including enhanced pension 9.5%, discretionary bonus and a suite of amazing benefits.
