Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with SEN, including autism and speech & language difficulties
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans
  • Assisting with personal care and social development
  • Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Early Years children, particularly those with SEN
  • A patient and compassionate nature
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 in Early Years or Teaching Assistant desirable)
