Are you an experienced Process Technologist/ Engineer, with a proven track record in the Food FMCG manufacturing industry? Description

  • Reporting into the Head of Continuous Improvement and working closely with the Sr. Technical Manager, you'll be leading various continuous improvement, change management, business transformation projects, as well as assisting with plant trials and new product commercialization.
  • Collect, record and interpret data for the purpose of examining areas of risk and improvement.
  • Providing guidance and support to various departments on projects
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain compliance with industry and company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department and company-wide
  • Provide technical support for the manufacturing process
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment

Profile

A successful Process Technologist Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in the fast pace food FMCG industry; large volume and short shelf life exposure a plus
  • Excellent data driven problem solving skills; the ability to reverse engineer issues and map out solutions/projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes; exposure to new product development plant trials a plus
  • The ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
