Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for an Account Manager to join our HQ team in London.

Role Impact:

  • Revenue Growth- As our Account Manager EMEA you will play a key role in driving revenue growth across key retail partners, working closely with the wider sales team to meet our financial targets every year.
  • Relationship Management- You will be the brand ambassador to some of our largest retail partners, building strong relationships and providing timely, professional support on a day-to-day basis.
  • Teamwork- We are a small team making a positive impact in the beauty industry and we rely on all our team members to work closely together to support the business every day.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across Europe, Middle East and Africa, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Plan, develop and agree annual Business plans with the accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Account needs and requirements to provide excellent daily support and manage account KPI's ensuring agreed KPI's are executed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for replenishment and new product introductions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of PO's and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with Education Team to plan retailer & retail staff trainings & events according to account needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights for internal management team.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance, marketing initiatives, and new product launches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Retail Account Management or Business Development, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge / experience of retail channels to include Bricks & Mortar, digital marketing strategies and experience with e-commerce platforms, understanding online sales funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully working in cross-cultural settings, demonstrating the ability to adapt and thrive in diverse work environments.
  • Experience in managing international accounts and understanding the nuances of conducting business with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the job.
