Are you looking to work in-house for a fast-growing online pharmacy and wellness brand? As the Senior Social Media and Content Manager, you will lead all Organic and Content initiatives. You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact in scaling and growing the brand's Organic function, with the opportunity to expand the brand into global markets.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and brand goals.
- Manage content across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring a consistent brand message is achieved.
- Create engaging and share-able content (written, visual, and video) for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
- Drive the development of new social media initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of viral campaigns, working with influencers and brand ambassadors to generate brand buzz.
- Support the overall marketing strategy to drive global expansion, especially into European markets.
The Candidate:
- 4 years plus experience in social media and content management ideally with experience in the wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to generate engaging, high-quality written, visual, and video content that drives engagement and conversation.
- Strong storytelling ability with a focus on brand positioning and consumer interests.
- A positive, can-do attitude with an interest in working for a start-up business.
