Senior Building Services Manager manager required to work for a fabulous client who pride themselves firstly through the people they employ and do heavily invest in them. They have been operating since the 1800's a solid, secure and successful client, havimg the chance to work on iconic building projects.
This is an exciting position, the builder is also excited to offer this opportunity to a strong Senior MEP Project Manager / Senior M&E Contracts Manager, should you not have experience working for a main contractor.
You will be responsible for
- Senior level Project management
- MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
- Full involvement with Pre-Construction
- Managing the MEP Team
- Attending all site and client meetings
- Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
- To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
- Full management and selection of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant external / internal agents
- Health and Safety input at a strategic level
- Quality
- Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project and working close with the commercial team
