Department: Product

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)

Direct Reports: 1 (PO)

Reports to: Head of Product

Location: London/Sheffield

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus : Prioritise customer needs to maximise value and drive business success.

Commercial Focus : Identify market opportunities aligned with business growth.

Product Strategy : Develop and align product vision and strategy with company goals.

Market Research : Conduct research to inform product development and roadmap.

Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise features.

Product Design : Partner with UX and design teams to deliver user-centric experiences.

Stakeholder Management : Communicate with stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact.

Product Delivery : Manage release schedules and ensure quality and timely product delivery.

Product Evangelism : Serve as the product expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

Experience :

5+ years in product management or related fields.

Experience with subscription-based products (B2B, B2C).

Knowledge of the education and/or fintech sectors is a plus.

Familiarity with agile methodologies, product development, and lean practices.

 

Education :

Degree in psychology, business, marketing, or finance-related fields.

Agile product management certification is preferred.

 

Skills :

Strong data-driven decision-making and research skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to prioritise and make quick decisions.

Commercial acumen and market opportunity identification.

Proven track record of launching successful products.
