In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing the packing team, overseeing daily packing operations, ensuring productivity and quality, and resolving any workflow issues. Responsibilities include supervising staff, planning shifts, monitoring output, and reporting daily figures. The role also involves maintaining safety standards and effective communication within the team.

This role would suit an Materials Controller looking to work for a large company who offer stability, training and the opportunity to progress in the future.

• Production Packing Supervisor or similar
• Based near Ealing

THE ROLE:

• Lead the packing team, overseeing packing operations and maintaining productivity and quality.
• Plan staffing, monitor output, and address workflow issues to meet production goals.
• Report daily performance, ensure clear communication, and enforce safety and improvement practices.
