Are you a driven and and experienced Production Team Leader within the FMCG or Food industry? Are you passionate about people and led highly successful teams in production?
I am currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our a client, a prestigious food production company in the South West of London. They are all about investing in the development of people so they can support their teams in reaching their potential.
The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, working from 7am to 7pm
The role will include:
*Ensuring all employees and agency staff are working in a safe environment
*Developing and training a multiskilled team.
*Proactively drive performance
*Manufacture food that meets all safety and legal requirements.
*Be proactive in driving process improvements, lead by example
*Work collaboratively and cross functionally
*Achieve KPI metrics by being focused on customer service, product quality and cost effectiveness by utilising continuous improvement processes
